We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team as a Digital Equity Specialist. This is a fully remote, entry-level role, and no prior experience is needed — full training is provided.
Roles: Help people get connected to and comfortable with digital tools and online services. Support users by answering questions through chat and email, share simple step-by-step guidance, help set up accounts and basic devices, and point people toward helpful online resources. Keep notes on common issues so the team can improve support over time.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with opportunities for growth.
Skills/background needed: Comfort using a computer and the internet, good written communication, patience, and a willingness to learn. No degree or previous experience required. A supportive team environment and full training are provided.
