We are looking for English speakers to help train and improve modern AI systems. If you enjoy writing, reviewing text, and want to help shape how AI responds, this entry-level role is a great place to start. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What You’ll Do
Write clear, natural sample prompts based on realistic ways people use AI. Review and rank responses from AI models. Work across a range of projects depending on your background. Fresh content tasks are reviewed with you as part of the onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
Comfort with analytical thinking and problem-solving. Strong writing that explains decisions clearly and concisely. Good attention to detail and accuracy. A willingness to learn and follow feedback is more important than past experience.
Nice to Have
An interest in writing, editing, or related subjects. A general interest in AI and creative tech tools is helpful, but training is included.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible freelance work.
Skills/background needed: Clear writing, attention to detail, and basic comfort with online tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
