Roles: Ticket Writer
We are growing and looking for friendly, sports-loving people to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will be the face of our customer experience, helping people feel welcome and answering their questions about our betting options.
No prior experience is required. Full training is provided, so a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are all you need to get started.
Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to everyone you assist
• Answer customer questions or find the answer in a timely manner
• Help calm customer complaints and escalate to a supervisor when needed
• Explain the available betting options clearly and responsibly
• Complete required paperwork accurately following company policy
• Represent the team in a professional manner at all times
Skills/background needed:
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to do simple math
• Comfort sitting or standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time and part time options available
