We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create clear, easy-to-understand user documentation for complex hardware and software products. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided and no prior experience required.
What you will do:
Write, review, and edit user-focused guides, manuals, procedures, checklists, and release notes. Work with product and engineering teams to understand how products work and turn that into simple documentation. Keep documentation accurate and up to date by asking questions and gathering input.
Skills and background needed:
No prior experience necessary – full training provided. A willingness to learn, good written communication, and comfort explaining technical topics in plain language. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar writing tools is helpful. Curiosity about how things work and attention to detail are a plus.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
