Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should be comfortable writing in plain English, reading basic technical materials, and building content in formats such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. A willingness to learn and a careful eye for detail matter most.
You will work from home and partner with product and engineering teams to understand how systems work, identify user workflows, and turn that understanding into easy-to-follow documentation. You will gather input from subject matter experts, keep documents accurate and up to date, and help set a consistent tone and voice across written materials.
This is a fully remote role, open to beginners who are eager to build documentation skills. You will have support from a friendly team and room to grow into more complex writing work over time.
