We are looking for a beginner-friendly Specifications Writer to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, and no prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
Roles:
Write and assemble project manuals and related documents. Review drawings for coordination and quality. Research products and systems and help put them into the design. Support the team with document standards and general project tasks. Share findings with the wider project team.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed:
A willingness to learn and a careful, detail-focused approach. Comfort working through documents and drawings with training. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Clear written communication and reliable follow-up. No experience necessary – we train the right person.
