Roles: We are looking for a Technical Content Specialist to turn complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content for a range of readers. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided.
What you’ll do:
• Write and update user guides, help articles, and training materials.
• Work with technical and support teams to understand products and features.
• Help keep a consistent style and tone across all content.
• Research current trends to create timely, relevant articles.
• Manage and update an online knowledge base so information stays accurate and easy to find.
• Create simple multimedia content, such as short video tutorials.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. An interest in writing, communications, or a related area is helpful. Comfort with basic documentation and word-processing tools is a plus. Most importantly, a willingness to learn and explain ideas clearly.
