Roles: We are looking for an entry-level Service Writer to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will create, update, close, and invoice service calls while keeping customers informed about repair status and parts availability. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you’ll do:
– Create, update, and close service calls and prepare invoices
– Contact customers to share repair updates and confirm purchase orders
– Keep clear records of all conversations in the customer tracking system
– Support the wider team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Skills/background needed:
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills
– Good listening and basic computer skills
– Comfortable working as part of a team
– High school graduate or equivalent
– Willingness to learn and grow on the job
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, 40 hours per week
