Roles: We are seeking a Service Writer to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand vehicle issues and service recommendations. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Skills/background needed:
• Willingness to learn and communicate clearly with customers.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Google Workspace and other office tools.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a desire to help others.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
