We are looking for a beginner-friendly News Writer and Web Producer to join a digital-first newsroom. This is a fully remote role where you will help shape newscasts through engaging storytelling and real-time updates. No prior experience is needed, and full training is provided.
Roles:
Write and edit news content for newscasts and web platforms. Collaborate with news managers and digital teams to create compelling content. Support real-time coverage and contribute to a dynamic newscast environment.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, work from home.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary. Solid writing skills and an interest in news. Basic word processing skills. Willingness to learn news judgment and collaborate with a team. Full training provided.
