Roles: Remote Support Technician

We are looking for a beginner-friendly Remote Support Technician to help customers with their security systems. No prior experience is required and full training is provided.
What you will do:
Perform remote system checks on customer equipment, including servers, workstations, cameras, and network devices. Run updates and backups, note any issues, and complete a short report for the customer. Support customers and team members by email, phone, and system alerts, create service tickets, and help resolve technical problems. Keep clear notes and protect confidential information.
Skills/background needed:
A willingness to learn and a helpful attitude. Basic comfort with computers is a plus but not required. Full training is provided, and the role is open to beginners. You must be able to pass a background check.
