Roles:
– Draft clear, accurate answers to proposal and information request questions
– Work with internal teams to gather and organise supporting content
– Keep responses current and consistent with standard templates
– Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality
– Support the wider team with document review and coordination
Skills/background needed:
– A degree in English, communications, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
– Strong writing and editing skills
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to translate complex information into plain language
– A willingness to learn and follow a structured process
