Roles: Live Chat Support Agent
We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our remote customer support team as Live Chat Support Agents. This is a great entry-level role with no prior experience needed — full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
Answer customer questions through live chat in a clear, helpful, and friendly way. Guide customers to the right information and solutions. Keep accurate notes on each conversation using our team chat app and Google Docs. Work with teammates to make sure every customer feels supported.
Skills/background needed:
No experience or degree required — we provide full training. You should be comfortable typing and reading on a computer, have clear written communication, and be willing to learn. A quiet space and reliable internet are helpful for working from home.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with part-time and full-time options.
Work format: Fully remote — work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Flexible schedule available.
