We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for industrial automation products. You’ll work fully remote, helping customers understand how to use control systems, motors, and related equipment through well-organized manuals, guides, and online resources.
What you’ll do:
Create and update user manuals, quick-start guides, product specifications, and online help files. Research technical information from engineering teams and existing documentation. Organize content logically and ensure high-quality writing and formatting. Coordinate with internal teams and print vendors to prepare documents for publication in multiple formats. Proof documents and make corrections as needed.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and grammar skills. Basic experience with industrial or technical products is helpful but not required. Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Any experience with desktop publishing, graphics programs, or online help platforms is a bonus. Full training will be provided. We welcome applicants with no prior technical writing experience but a willingness to learn.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent role.
