We are looking for a beginner-friendly Field Service Technician to help keep machines running smoothly. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Support the diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, follow part diagrams and schematics, help with equipment setup and integration, and document your work. You will be trained on the tools and processes needed to succeed.
Skills/background needed: No experience required. A willingness to learn, basic problem-solving skills, good organization, and clear written and verbal communication. A strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under deadlines help.
