Roles: Entry Level Customer Support Chat Agent

We are looking for friendly, beginner-friendly people to join our remote customer support team. No prior experience is needed. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy helping people, the onboarding process will prepare you to succeed.
You will answer customer questions through live chat, help with basic account and order requests, and keep conversations friendly and clear. You will also keep simple records and work with your team through our team chat app to make sure every customer is taken care of.
This is a fully remote, work from home role. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth for people who want to build a long-term career in customer support.
Skills/background needed: No degree required. Comfort using a computer and typing clearly. A reliable internet connection. Good communication and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
