Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Service Chat Representative to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers with questions and make sure every person has a great experience. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer questions and offer helpful product suggestions through chat
• Assist customers with orders and basic account needs
• Keep customer information secure and handle details responsibly
• Help keep our online store information accurate and up to date
• Create a positive, respectful experience for every customer
• Support other basic tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• No prior experience needed – we provide full training
• Ability to follow instructions and read basic documents
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Good organization and communication skills
• Basic problem-solving ability
Work Format:
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible shifts to fit your personal or educational commitments.
