Roles: We are building a pool of freelance culture and entertainment writers to cover news and live events. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
Source culture and entertainment stories that appeal to a wide audience. Write clean, accurate copy quickly and efficiently. Live-blog major events, reality TV and breaking news. Research and build out stories as they develop. Work closely with a supportive editorial team to help articles reach the widest possible readership.
Skills/background needed:
A genuine interest in culture and entertainment news. Basic writing ability and a willingness to learn. Comfort working to deadlines and collaborating with a team. No formal qualifications or prior experience required, as full training is provided.
Contract length: Freelance, flexible shifts including some evenings and weekends.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
