We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, developer-focused documentation for software development tools. You’ll work with product and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into guides, code samples, and release notes that help developers build solutions.
What you’ll do:
Create and update documentation for software development products. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand features and ensure documentation stays accurate and useful. Test documentation by building and running applications. Gather feedback from users to improve clarity. Stay current with new technologies and best practices in developer documentation.
Skills/background needed:
Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and how code works. Familiarity with common development tools like Git, command-line environments, and package managers. Ability to read and understand code samples. Experience collaborating with technical teams. Strong writing and editing skills. Interest in learning about developer experience and documentation best practices. No prior technical writing experience required—full training provided.
Contract length: Full Time
