We are looking for a friendly Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. This entry-level role is a great start for anyone who enjoys helping people and wants to work from home.

Roles:
Answer and route customer account calls to the right team members in a courteous, professional way. Help customers with account questions. Support the team with basic claim processing and account updates. Handle a steady volume of calls while staying friendly and organized.

Skills/background needed:
