We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our Learning and Knowledge Management team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll create clear, practical instructional content to help teams do their jobs better.
What you’ll do:
You’ll write technical and procedural content that guides front-line staff through their daily tasks. You’ll work with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand what information is needed, then break it down into clear, accessible guides. You’ll review content for quality and consistency, identify gaps or errors, and meet productivity goals. You’ll also help manage the knowledge management workflow—intake, archiving, and updates—and support the learning design process through needs analysis and research.
Skills you’ll need:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Attention to detail and self-motivation. Experience with content authoring tools is a plus. Knowledge of learning principles and best practices in instructional design is helpful but not required. We’ll provide full training on our systems and processes.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field. Ability to work well in a team, collaborate with colleagues across different departments, and adapt to changing priorities. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in financial services or corporate training environments is a bonus.
Work format:
Fully remote. Full-time position.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
