We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This is a fully remote, entry-level role, and no prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
Roles: Help customers with questions and product recommendations, process transactions accurately, keep shared digital records tidy, and maintain a positive, professional experience in every interaction. You’ll also support general order and inventory tasks in our systems.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, with a path to ongoing work.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills help. You should be comfortable using a computer and following simple instructions. Full training is provided, so a positive attitude matters more than experience.
