We are looking for a friendly and organized Support Lead to help guide a small remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior leadership experience is needed. You will work from home and support your team in delivering a great experience for customers.
Roles: Guide and encourage team members, help with onboarding and ongoing training, keep daily tasks running smoothly, and step in to resolve urgent issues when they come up.
What you will do:
• Support team members so they can help customers quickly and kindly.
• Help oversee daily activities and make sure tasks are done well.
• Assist with training new team members on policies and procedures.
• Monitor basic operations and address problems as they arise.
• Keep communication clear across the team.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required — we provide full training. Good communication, the ability to multitask, and a calm approach under pressure are helpful.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing part-time role.
