We are looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally
• Book service calls and keep the schedule running smoothly
• Keep customers updated on arrival windows and reschedule when plans change
• Follow up with customers and keep the schedule full
• Coordinate with team members and confirm payment details
• Build simple reports and help the department run smoother
What You Bring
• A genuinely friendly, professional phone presence
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A reliable, organized self-starter who is flexible with the day’s demands
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
• Bilingual a plus
