We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Chat Representative to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions and requests through online chat. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided.
Roles: Respond to customer chat messages promptly, build rapport, listen carefully to requests, process basic transactions accurately, and escalate issues to the right team when needed. Keep customers informed and supported throughout every conversation.
Skills/background needed: A positive attitude, good communication, attention to detail, and basic comfort with computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required. Full training is provided for anyone new to the role.
