We’re looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team and help customers enjoy a great shopping experience. This is a remote, work-from-home role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles:
• Answer customer questions and offer helpful recommendations
• Handle sales transactions and support payment processes
• Keep product information and records accurate and up to date
• Help keep the online store organized and well-stocked
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment in every interaction
• Support cleanliness and order of shared digital workspaces
• Take on other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to follow instructions and understand basic documents
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with light physical tasks as needed
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, flexible schedule
