Roles: We are looking for a Junior Software Implementation Consultant to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

What you will do:
• Help set up and configure software systems to match customer needs.
• Train end users on how to use the system.
• Support customers with data conversions.
• Build reports and dashboards using built-in tools.
• Help set up third-party integrations.
• Provide friendly technical support to clients when needed.
• Work on several projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Skills/background needed:
• A bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• A team player who enjoys helping others learn.
• Willingness to learn new software and tools.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with a flexible schedule and full training provided.
