We’re looking for a detail-oriented copywriter to join our remote team, creating and adapting customer-facing communications in English and Spanish. You’ll work on regulatory and operational content including notices, policy updates, and account service letters. No prior experience in finance required—full training and reference materials provided.
What you’ll do:
Receive requests via our content platform and create clear, accurate communications using provided templates and style guides. Work with reference materials and glossaries to adapt content in both languages. Collaborate with team members, legal partners, and translation specialists to refine and review your work. Learn internal systems, terminology, and compliance standards as you go.
What we’re looking for:
Strong bilingual Spanish and English writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Ability to follow style guides and reference materials closely. A collaborative mindset and willingness to accept feedback. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. We value communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams. Portfolio examples in both English and Spanish welcome but not required—we train entry-level writers.
Work format:
Fully remote. Temporary contract role.
