This role focuses on creating, editing, and publishing digital content that helps teams deliver exceptional service. Working closely with business partners and content team members, you’ll produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation while ensuring all content meets quality standards and publishing deadlines.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple content projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work independently with minimal supervision, meet consistent deadlines, and proactively identify solutions to challenges as they arise. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Create and edit clear, accurate process and product documentation
• Manage multiple writing projects and meet publishing deadlines
• Ensure all content follows style guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members across different departments
• Support a high-volume content production environment
• Identify and resolve content-related issues proactively
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Comfortable balancing speed with accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other standard office tools
• Willingness to learn new content management systems
