We’re looking for a talented writer to help train and improve AI writing systems. You’ll evaluate and refine AI-generated text across various writing styles and genres, working collaboratively with a small, motivated team.
What you’ll do:
Use annotation software to label and refine AI-generated writing for clarity, structure, and accuracy. Apply your writing expertise to improve AI outputs across one or more writing specialties. Collaborate with team members to develop better training methods. Help improve workflows and tools as needed.
Skills/background needed:
Strong English writing ability and proven expertise in at least one writing specialty (creative fiction, game writing, technical writing, journalism, copywriting, web content, or academic writing). Ability to critique writing for readability, grammar, clarity, and style. Attention to detail and familiarity with style guides. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to learn.
About the role:
This is a fully remote position offering flexibility as full-time, part-time, or contract work depending on your availability and the project. Contract roles typically involve at least 10 hours per week, with full flexibility to set your own schedule. You’ll work from anywhere worldwide using tools like Google Workspace and Notion.
