Content Producer – Long-Form Video Management, Entry Level Remote

We’re looking for an entry-level Content Producer to manage and grow a long-form video channel. You’ll own the channel’s content strategy, lead a small production team, and use data to make decisions that grow audience and performance.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute content strategy for the channel. Manage a small team of writers, editors, designers, and contributors. Review content ideas and prioritize based on audience data and channel goals. Oversee the full production pipeline from idea to publishing. Analyze video performance metrics—views, watch time, click-through rate, traffic sources—and use them to improve future content. Test and refine titles, thumbnails, and formats to boost performance. Build repeatable processes that help the team scale efficiently. Explore automation tools where they streamline research, editing, or analysis work.

Skills and background needed

Experience managing a video channel or similar content project. Some experience working with a small team (writers, editors, or designers). Familiarity with video analytics and how to read performance data. Interest in long-form video content. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Full training will be provided—enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter more than perfect prior experience.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.

Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
