Roles: We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Concierge Representative, helping residents and guests feel welcome and supported. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
Deliver warm, professional customer service in every interaction. Answer and direct incoming inquiries, address questions and concerns, and help resolve issues with a solutions-focused approach. Keep clear daily activity records, support access and visitor coordination, and maintain a polished, welcoming experience for everyone you assist.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. A positive, upbeat attitude and a proactive approach to helping people are what matter most. Strong judgment, good communication, and a professional manner are a plus. Full training is provided to help you succeed from day one.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
