Roles: Client Service Representative
We are looking for friendly, patient people to join our remote client service team. In this work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with questions, concerns, and requests while making sure every interaction feels supportive and professional.
What you will do:
• Respond to client questions and concerns with patience and compassion
• Stay organized while handling multiple priorities during busy periods
• Work with team members and managers to solve problems and help customers
• Keep clear, accurate notes on client interactions
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required – full training provided
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
