Roles: Automotive Service Writer
We are looking for an entry-level Service Writer to join our fully remote team. This work-from-home role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to start a career in automotive customer service. No prior experience is necessary – full training is provided.
What you will do:
Talk with customers by phone and email to understand their vehicle needs and explain service options. Build friendly relationships and keep customers informed. Help dispatch and assign work orders to technicians. Track appointments and communications using email and team chat. Keep service records organized and up to date.
Skills/background needed:
Good verbal and written communication. Strong organization and time management. Comfort using email and basic computer tools. A valid driver’s license. Willingness to complete online training and safety courses. A positive, helpful attitude.
