We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Service Writer to join a busy automotive repair team. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles:
Greet customers and write up repair orders
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Explain repair recommendations and estimates
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving
Handle invoices and customer checkout
Skills/background needed:
A friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
Good organization and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
Dependable, professional and motivated
Comfortable using computers and basic software
An interest in cars is a plus, but full training is provided
