We’re looking for an entry-level service writer to join our automotive support team, working fully remote from anywhere. No prior experience necessary — we provide full training on all systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
• Write service estimates and manage repair orders from start to finish
• Build strong customer relationships by explaining vehicle issues clearly
• Recommend appropriate services and repairs with confidence
• Process parts orders and coordinate with the repair team
• Work through our proven customer communication processes
• Support a customer-first, fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn automotive systems and repair basics
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional, genuine, and helpful approach
