We are looking for an Entry Level Service Writer to join our fully remote team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. If you are organised, friendly, and comfortable working with customers, this could be a great fit.
What you will do:
• Greet customers and help them understand the services they need.
• Write up and track service requests using basic computer tools.
• Keep records accurate and up to date.
• Answer customer questions and follow up on their requests.
• Work with team members to keep jobs moving smoothly.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience required – training is provided.
• Basic comfort with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organised.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Flexible part-time hours, with full support from a friendly team and opportunities for growth.
