Specifications Writer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Specifications Writer to join our technical design team. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles:
• Work with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for projects
• Write project specifications and compile project manuals using templates
• Assist with technical guidance during construction contract administration
• Research and evaluate products
• Support design studio staff with technical design tasks
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Comfortable working independently and paying close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly and concisely
• Curiosity about design and construction topics is a plus
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
