Roles: We are looking for a Content Writer to create clear, helpful articles for a help centre. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided.
What you will do
• Write and edit guides, emails, and web pages that explain common topics in simple language.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
• Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should have strong editing habits, a portfolio of clear practical writing, and curiosity about how things work. Basic SEO knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
Work format: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Work from home or anywhere remote.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
