We are looking for a Junior UX Writer to join our team. In this remote, entry-level role, you will help create clear, helpful copy for websites and apps. Full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
Roles:
Write and edit copy for error messages, forms, and other user-facing text. Help maintain an internal definitions document by gathering information from team members and keeping it up to date. Support copywriting across the business, including customer support and policy-related text. Work with developers, product managers, and other teams to keep messaging consistent. Help improve everyday processes so work flows more smoothly. Keep the brand voice and tone consistent across communications.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. A clear, careful writing style and attention to detail help. Comfortable working with others and staying organised. Basic use of tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets is a plus, but training is provided.
Contract length:
Flexible, with potential to move into a longer-term role.
