We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create and maintain clear product documentation for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Write and update manuals, guides, and internal notes that explain product features in plain, user-friendly language. Work with engineering, quality, and service teams to gather information and keep documents accurate as products change.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with options to move into a longer-term role.
Skills/background needed: Good writing skills and a willingness to learn about new technical topics. Comfort using Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Full training is provided, so a strong attitude matters more than past experience.
