Roles: Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to turn complex information into clear, simple instructions that anyone can follow. This role is fully remote, and full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed.
You will write and update guides, help centre articles and frequently asked questions, work closely with developers and researchers to understand what needs explaining, and keep documents accurate and easy to read. You will also help organise and maintain a shared knowledge base of writing templates and guidelines.
Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn, good written English, and an eye for clear, plain instructions. Basic comfort with documents, spreadsheets and simple online tools helps. Must be able to follow the onboarding process and work independently from home. Any exposure to writing, editing or technical subjects is a plus but is not required.
