About the Role:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll support our marketing operations by creating content, managing social media, coordinating campaigns, and helping our sales team succeed. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in marketing and social media.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Write copy for emails, promotional materials, and online posts
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns with the sales team
- Organize and assist with promotional events, webinars, and digital campaigns
- Compile data and prepare monthly marketing reports
- Manage spreadsheets and databases with marketing information
- Handle administrative tasks including email management and invoicing support
- Collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors
- Manage user accounts for third-party marketing tools and services
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations
Skills/background needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Quick learner who can multitask and adapt easily
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Basic copywriting skills helpful but not required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide full training
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time or part-time positions available.
Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote role, so you’ll work from home with a comfortable setup. You’ll collaborate with team members via video calls, email, and team chat apps. The role involves routine deadlines with sufficient lead time, and you’ll prioritize multiple projects while supporting different teams and stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or events.
Expected Hours:
Full-time positions typically run Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Part-time schedules are also available.
This role involves primarily computer-based work. You’ll spend most of your time sitting at your desk, typing, and using digital tools. No heavy lifting or unusual physical requirements. You’ll need to be able to read information on screen and in print, and occasionally handle objects with your hands.
