Roles: Automotive Service Writer
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level Service Writers to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will talk with guests about their vehicle needs, explain available services in simple terms, and help make every visit smooth and enjoyable.
What you will do:
Welcome guests and understand what they need, clearly explain service options, and keep communication positive and efficient. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Skills/background needed:
A positive, energetic attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an entry-level role and beginners are welcome.
Contract length: Full-time and part-time options available.
