Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor and Writer
As an Automotive Service Advisor and Writer, you are the friendly professional customers rely on for help with their vehicles. You guide them through the repair process, keep them updated, and make sure they are happy before they leave. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Roles:
Greet customers with a welcoming and respectful attitude. Explain recommended repairs in simple, easy-to-understand language. Keep the workflow organised and efficient. Communicate clearly and professionally by phone. Build positive, long-term relationships with customers. Support the team and assist coworkers as needed.
Skills/background needed:
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Comfort with basic computer software. Good communication skills. Full training provided, and no prior automotive experience is necessary.
