What you will do:

• Format written work using common academic styles such as MLA and APA
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer help
• Keep your work organized and meet agreed deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• A computer with internet access and a mobile phone
• Basic comfort using Microsoft Word and other office software
• Willingness to communicate and help clients
• Basic writing, research, and formatting skills — full training provided
• A personal email address for scheduling
