Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Entry Level Teller to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior banking experience is necessary. You will support customers with their everyday transactions while building a helpful, welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
– Process a variety of routine customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Help customers understand their options for managing their accounts.
– Identify opportunities to connect customers with the right team members.
– Communicate clearly and resolve problems in a helpful, professional way.
– Follow all policies and procedures to keep daily operations accurate and secure.
Skills/background needed
– No degree or certification required.
– Attention to detail and good communication skills.
– A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
– Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with flexible remote work.
