Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this fully remote, entry-level role, you will help customers find what they need while building strong relationships. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with product questions and orders
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend helpful solutions
• Keep track of basic product availability information
• Educate customers on our website and online ordering
• Support general operational tasks as part of a small team
Skills and Background Needed
• No experience or degree required; full training provided
• Comfortable using email and basic computer programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
