We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers find what they need, answer questions, and guide them through a smooth and simple sales process. No prior experience is required — full training is provided, and you will work closely with a supportive supervisor who helps you learn as you go.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat in a helpful, professional way.
• Process orders, quotes, and payment details accurately.
• Recommend products based on customer needs, cost, and availability.
• Track shipment dates and coordinate with other teams to keep deliveries on time.
• Help customers with returns and warranty questions.
• Keep simple records of your sales activity and prepare basic reports.
• Check in with customers to make sure they are happy with their products and service.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience necessary — we provide full training.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus basic database tools.
• Good phone and email manners with a positive, patient attitude.
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle several tasks at once.
• Willingness to learn product basics and follow clear instructions.
