Roles: We are looking for beginner-friendly Fire Service Technicians to help with fire alarm and security system installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, and full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
• Help install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm and security systems.
• Support the diagnosis and repair of system issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Keep work in line with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system status and repairs.
• Take part in an on-call rotation about once per month.
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required; full training is provided.
• Willingness to learn installation, service, and troubleshooting basics.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle several tasks each day.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a permanent role.
